From a quick pain log to a clearer appointment.

Start by logging pain the moment it happens. Add the context you choose, and Achetrace lines it up so you can see what tends to come first, then share a summary you've previewed.

Pattern worth testing6 sessions

Mobility days looked different

In the last 45 days, headache logs tended to be lower after yoga or mobility sessions. This is based on 6 sessions, so read it as a pattern to test, not proof of cause.

    Log it in seconds

Speak or tap: where it hurts, how much, when it started, and what you tried.

  2. 2

Add context if you want it

Posture checks, AirPods sessions, the Mac companion, and Apple Health are each optional, and each can be turned off.

Each insight shows its window, its sample size, and how strong it is.

What you can add

Context you choose, each kept separate.

Every source is optional, and each one shows what it keeps. Achetrace never blends them into a single score.

Work-session context

Mac companion ยท sample data

96mLongest unbroken session

No keystrokes, screenshots, URLs, window titles, clipboard, or screen content.

A posture check with your iPhone camera

Prop your phone at your desk and start a guided check of 5, 10 or 15 seconds. It estimates head and shoulder position against your own baseline. You review the result, then save or discard it. Frames are processed on your phone, and no photo is kept. It's an estimate, not medical-grade.

Head tilt from your AirPods

Turn on a session while you work and supported AirPods estimate how far, and for how long, your head tilts forward. It's head tilt, not a measurement of your neck, and it's off until you turn it on.

Your workday from the Mac companion

A menu-bar app counts active computer time, your longest unbroken session, breaks of five minutes or more, and late-night use. It never captures keystrokes, screenshots, URLs, window titles, or screen content. Pair it or remove it from your phone.

Steps, sleep, and workouts from Apple Health

Share them in Apple Health's permissions, and they appear beside your pain history.

Honest insights

Every pattern says how sure it is.

Achetrace looks for what tends to come before your pain, and labels each pattern by how much evidence it rests on: a hunch, a pattern worth testing, or a consistent pattern.

  • Each insight shows its time window and how many days or sessions it's based on.
  • Each one says what would make it more certain.
  • When there isn't enough data, it says "not enough data yet" rather than guessing.
  • It shows patterns, never causes, and never a diagnosis.

Appointment-ready

Export the story without exporting every raw detail.

Your summary covers pain trends, where it hurts, what you tried and how it went, your work and posture context, and the questions you want to ask. You preview all of it before you share a PDF, and nothing in it is a diagnosis.
